1. General Policy

Because our products include instant digital access, personalized tools, and live coaching, all sales are final.

When you purchase The Glyco Reversal Blueprint or any Glyco AI product, you receive immediate access to:

  • Digital program materials

  • Coaching resources

  • The Glyco AI App

  • Your onboarding

  • Any downloadable content

For this reason, we do not offer automatic refunds.

2. Exceptional Cases

We may consider a refund only in specific situations, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Technical errors causing you to be charged incorrectly

  • An accidental double order processed by Stripe

To request an exception, email: contact@glyco-ai.com
Include your name, email, order ID, and reason for the request.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

3. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan (4, 12, or 24 installments):

  • All installments must be completed

  • Canceling payments does not cancel your purchase

  • Access may be revoked if payments are not completed

Payment plans are handled securely through Stripe or Shopify Payments.

4. Digital Product Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your access email:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder

  2. Search for “Glyco AI” in your email inbox

  3. If still missing, email contact@glyco-ai.com and we’ll resend your access within 24 hours

Non-delivery due to incorrect email input does not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will help correct the issue.

5. Coaching & AI Tools

Access to coaching, the AI app, or your personalized plan is included with your purchase.
Failure to attend sessions, participate, or use the tools does not qualify for a refund.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital product is considered misuse.
We will provide proof of:

  • Access logs

  • Delivery

  • Digital content access

  • Stripe payment confirmation

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
